Sizing & care
Each set contains 10 reusable press-on nails and adhesive tabs. Before applying, wash and thoroughly dry your hands, gently push back cuticles and remove surface oil. Match each press-on to the natural nail without forcing it. Apply the tab, align the nail above the cuticle and press firmly.
To remove, soak in warm soapy water and gently lift from the sides. Never force a nail off. Keep away from small children, heat and open flame. Stop use if irritation occurs. Reuse depends on wear, removal and storage.
Delivery & returns
UK standard delivery is £2.99 for one set and free when two or more sets are purchased in the same order. The checkout displays the final delivery charge before payment. Estimated delivery is normally 2–5 business days after dispatch; personalised orders may take longer and will be confirmed separately.
You may request cancellation or return of an unused, unopened standard product within 14 days of receiving it. For hygiene reasons, opened or worn nail products cannot normally be returned unless faulty. Personalised products cannot normally be cancelled after production begins or returned unless faulty. Email us before returning anything so we can provide instructions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Privacy
We use information you provide to process orders, arrange delivery, answer enquiries, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Stripe processes payment and checkout information under its own privacy terms. We do not receive your full card number.
Order information may include your name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery address, purchased items and payment status. Enquiry emails may include images you choose to send. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for orders, support, accounting and legal obligations. To ask about your information, email info@nailnova.co.uk.
Terms of sale
NailNova sells physical press-on nail products from London, United Kingdom. Product descriptions, prices and availability may change, but the price shown at checkout is the amount charged. An order is accepted when Stripe confirms successful payment. We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable and will provide an appropriate refund.
Product images represent the design but colours can vary slightly between screens and production batches. Nail fit varies between people. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
